About Katherine

I’ve been in private practice since 2018 working with clients both online and in person. My approach is based in developing self-compassion and awareness, developing a healthy and authentic sense of self, and discovering your strengths and tools on your path to healing. My work is informed by humanistic-existentialist theory, eco-psychology, Jungian theory, CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based psychotherapy, transpersonal, and nature-based therapy, as well as my own ongoing journey studying a wide range of spiritual, healing, and wisdom traditions.
