Nature-based Therapy
In almost every culture and era, humans have had traditions of healing that involve turning to nature to restore health and well-being. Spend time with your therapist in nature: a walk through a forest park, along a beautiful dirt road, or sitting by a stream. Nature is our helper and our home, where healing can happen naturally.

Rates & Insurance
I accept Medicaid/ Green Mountain Care and Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance to cover the cost of your appointment. To pay out of pocket I offer a sliding scale.
